Day 1 

Welcome to Portugal and the city of Lisbon, capital of the country. After settling into the hotel day will be free to explore the city:

Day 2 

The Lisbon Roots, Food, & Cultural Walk takes you off the beaten track to get a unique glimpse into the fascinating history of ancient Lisbon. Leading you through this authentic neighborhood, we take you further into the local history.

You are introduced to spots that locals go to every day! We visit six local businesses and people out of the crowded and touristy areas.

We advise you to do the tour at the beginning of your stay at Lisbon. By the end of the tour, you are armed with information, knowledge, and the confidence to continue exploring areas where locals live and find out what and where to eat.

Day 3 

Begin your day with a visit to the Palace of Queluz, famous for its stunning architecture and beautiful gardens. After exploring the palace, head to the charming town center of Sintra, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where you can stroll through picturesque streets and admire local shops and sights, including the Sintra National Palace.

In the afternoon, return to Lisbon via the scenic coastal town of Cascais, taking in the beautiful coastal views along the way. This memorable tour combines history, culture, and stunning landscapes, making for a delightful day out.

Day 4 

Discover Fátima, one of the world’s most important pilgrimage sites, on this full-day tour from Lisbon. Visit the Sanctuary of Fátima and the Chapel of the Apparitions, where the Virgin Mary is said to have appeared in 1917. Explore Aljustrel, the birthplace of the three shepherd children, and visit their family homes for insight into their lives. This spiritual journey offers time for prayer, reflection, and exploration before returning to Lisbon.

Day 5 

Explore Évora, a UNESCO World Heritage city, on this full-day tour from Lisbon. Walk through its ancient city walls and visit the impressive Roman Temple, a testament to its rich past. Day 7

Today you will be transferred to the Airport for your flight back home.
